REPUBLIC ACT No. 2636
An Act Converting the Catarman Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Catarman, Province of Samar, into a General Hospital to be Known as the Northern Samar General Hospital, and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
The Catarman Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Catarman, Province of Samar, is converted into a general hospital to be known as the Northern Samar General Hospital.
Section 2
The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation and maintenance of the said hospital. Such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance in subsequent years shall be included in the General Appropriation Acts.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
