REPUBLIC ACT No. 257

An Act Converting the Sitio of Tagcatong in the Municipality of Nasipit, Agusan, into a Barrio to be Known as "Barrio Tagcatong"

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

The sitio of Tagcatong in the municipality of Nasipit, Province of Agusan, is converted into a barrio to be known as "Barrio Tagcatong."

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
