REPUBLIC ACT No. 2355

An Act Providing for the Establishment of a Tuberculosis Pavilion in the Municipality of Guiuan, Province of Samar

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

There shall be established, under the supervision of the Director of Health Services, a tuberculosis pavilion in the Municipality of Guiuan, Province of Samar, to be known as the Guiuan Tuberculosis Pavilion.

Section 2

The Secretary of Health shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
