REPUBLIC ACT No. 234

An Act to Amend the Second Paragraph of Section Twenty-Four Hundred and Thirty-Nine of the Revised Administrative Code by Fixing the Salaries of Members of the Municipal Board of the City of Manila

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

The second paragraph of section twenty-four hundred and thirty-nine of the Revised Administrative Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

"The President of the Board shall receive a salary of eight thousand four hundred pesos per annum and the other members shall each receive a salary of seven thousand two hundred pesos per annum.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
