REPUBLIC ACT No. 2210
An Act Providing for the Creation of an Additional Position of Municipal Judge for the City of Cavite, Amending for the Purpose Section Seventy-Four of Commonwealth Act Numbered Five Hundred Forty-Seven
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
The first paragraph of section seventy-four of Commonwealth Act Numbered Five hundred forty-seven, otherwise known as the Charter of the City of Cavite, is amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 74. Regular, auxiliary and acting judges of municipal court. There shall be a municipal court for the City of Cavite, for which two municipal judges and an auxiliary municipal judge shall be appointed.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
