AN ACT TO ESTABLISH A BREEDING STATION IN THE BARRIO OF UPI IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GAMU, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, AND TO APPROPRIATE THE NECESSARY FUNDS THEREFOR.

An Act Amending Certain Items in Republic Act Numbered Twelve Hundred, Entitled "An Act Appropriating Funds for Public Works and Amending Republic Act Numbered Nine Hundred and Twenty"

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

Items (153) and (156), under paragraph "aa. Leyte," section two of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred are amended to read as follows:

| "(153) Construction of Home Economics Building, Central School, Capoocan | ₱10,000.00" | | --- | --- | | "(156) Construction of upper Caghalo Barrio School, Carigara | 10,000.00" |

Section 2

Under paragraph "aa. Leyte," section two of the same Act, the following item, to be known as item (162), is inserted:

| "(162) Construction of San Vicente Barrio School Building, Alang-alang | ₱20,000.00" |

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
