REPUBLIC ACT No. 2002

An Act to Authorize the Establishment of a Brackish Water Experimental and Demonstration Fish Farm Station in the Municipality of Himamaylan, Province of Negros Occidental, Appropriating Funds Therefor

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

There shall be established and maintained, under the supervision of the Director of Fisheries, a brackish water experimental and demonstration fish farm station in the Municipality of Himamaylan, Province of Negros Occidental.

Section 2

The sum of fifty thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry into effect the purposes of this Act during the fiscal year ending June thirty nineteen hundred and fifty-seven. Thereafter, the necessary amount for the purpose shall be included in the General Appropriation Act of each year.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
