REPUBLIC ACT No. 1974

An Act Constituting the Subprovince of Aurora into a Separate, Independent and Regular Engineering District, Amending for the Purpose Republic Act Numbered Six Hundred Forty-Eight

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

Republic Act Numbered Six hundred forty-eight is amended by inserting between sections four and five thereof the following new section:

> Sec. 4-A. The Subprovince of Aurora shall constitute a separate, independent and regular engineering district, to which a district engineer shall be assigned in accordance with law.

Section 2

Such sum as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
