REPUBLIC ACT No. 1940
An Act to Amend Certain Items in Republic Act Numbered Fourteen Hundred Eleven Regarding Public Works Projects for the Province of Camarines Sur
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1. Project Item No
"132.50, Tigaon-Tapoc Road, Tigaon" on pages seventy-two A and seventy-three A of Appendix A of Republic Act Numbered one thousand four hundred eleven is amended as follows:
Under the column "nineteen hundred fifty-five and nineteen hundred and fifty-six," delete the figure ten.
Section 2
Paragraph g, section two of the same Act, is amended by inserting on page one hundred seventy-six as additional items for sub-paragraph "Camarines Sur" the following:
| "61-A Aid to the municipality in the improvement and/or repair of poblacionHoyonhoyon road, Tigaon | ₱6,000.00" |

| "61-B Aid to the municipality in the construction, repair and/or improvement of road from poblacion to cemetery, Goa | 2,000.00" |
| "67 Aid to the municipality in the construction of a poultry building, Goa Elementary School (Central), Goa | 2,000.00" |
Section 3
As a consequence of the above amendments, the total for Paragraph "a" Title B of section one, and the total forParagraph "g" of section two of Republic Act Numbered One thousand four hundred eleven are correspondingly adjusted.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
