REPUBLIC ACT No. 1892

An Act to Authorize the Establishment of a Limnological and Fresh-Water Fish Nursery Station at Lake Lanao, Lanao Province, and Appropriating Funds Therefore

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

There shall be established and maintained, under the supervision of the Director of Fisheries, a limnological, and fresh-water fish nursery station at Lake Lanao, Province of Lanao.

Section 2

The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry into effect the purposes of this Act during the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and fifty-eight. Thereafter, the necessary amount for the purpose shall be included in the General Appropriation Act of each year.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
