REPUBLIC ACT No. 1873

An Act Converting the Dingle Regional High School in the Province of Iloilo into an Agricultural-Industrial School, to be Known as the Dingle Agricultural-Industrial School

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

The Dingle Regional High School in the Province of Iloilo is hereby converted into an agricultural-industrial school, to be known as the Dingle Agricultural-Industrial School.

Section 2

The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is authorized to be appropriated for the operation, maintenance, acquisition of school site and construction of the school building and/or purchase of equipment not later than June nineteen hundred fifty-seven. The sum needed for succeeding years for the operation and maintenance of the said school shall be included in the General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
