An Act to Amend Section One of Republic Act Numbered One Thousand Two Hundred and Ninety, Entitled "An Act Appropriating the Sum of Three Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos, Out of the Proceeds of the Bond Issue Authorized by Republic Act Numbered One Thousand, to Finance the Re-Establishment and Rehabilitation by the Manila Railroad Company of its Cabanatuan Branch Extending from the Municipality of Plaridel, Province of Bulacan, to the City of Cabanatuan"
Amends Section 1 of RA 1290 to allocate funds for the Manila Railroad Company's Cabanatuan Branch rehabilitation, with provisions for bond issuance, share subscription, and loan repayment.
Appropriates 3,800,000 pesos from bond proceeds for the Manila Railroad Company's Cabanatuan Branch.
Authorizes the Secretary of Finance to issue bonds and subscribe shares to finance the project.
Sets conditions for share subscription and bond repayment within specified periods.

An Act Amending Item (af), Under "(27) Leyte," Paragraph f, Section Two of Republic Act Numbered Sixteen Hundred Thirteen
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
Item (af), under "(27) Leyte," paragraph f, section two of Republic Act Numbered Sixteen hundred thirteen, is amended to read as follows:
| "(af) For the construction of the Bahay, Liloan, Leyte, barrio school building | ₱5,000.00 |

| "(ag) For the completion of Nueva Estrella school building, Pintuyan, Leyte | ₱5,000.00" |
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
