REPUBLIC ACT No. 1779
An Act Creating the Barrio of Ibabang Iyam in the Municipality of Lucena, Province of Quezon
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
The southern portion of the barrio of Iyam in the Municipality of Lucena, Province of Quezon, which is bounded on the north by the provincial road; on the east, by the Iyam River; on the west, by the barrios of Talim and Kanlurang Isabang; and on the south, by the sitio of Pajo, is hereby separated from the said barrio and is created into a new distinct and independent barrio to be known as the barrio of Ibabang Iyam in the same municipality.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
