REPUBLIC ACT No. 1747

An Act to Amend a Certain Item in Republic Act Numbered One Thousand Four Hundred Eleven, Entitled "An Act Appropriating Funds for Public Works"

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

Republic Act Numbered One thousand four hundred eleven is hereby amended on the following particular:

On page one hundred seventy-A, appendix A, item B-362.16, the words under Column "name and location of project" be changed to read as follows:

"Widening of the National Highway at Lacoblacob Point, Santa Catalina.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
