REPUBLIC ACT No. 1744

An Act Creating the Barrio of Talisay, Municipality of Giñgoog, Province of Misamis Oriental

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

The sitio of Binuangan, Municipality of Giñgoog, Province of Misamis Oriental, is converted into a barrio thereof, to be hereafter known as the barrio of Talisay.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
