REPUBLIC ACT No. 1681

An Act to Amend Certain Items in Republic Act Numbered One Thousand Two Hundred

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

Item (37), on page 18, paragraph 2a, title A, section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred is amended to read as follows:

| "(37) Negros Occidental Provincial Hospital, Bacolod A-000.2a (76) | |

| (a) Construction of Kitchen for Contagious Diseases Pavilion | ₱15,000.00 |

| (b) Construction of Laboratory Building | 15,000.00" |

Section 2

The following item is hereby inserted on page 22, after item (62) (d), paragraph 2a, title A, section one of same Act:

| "(63) Negros Occidental Emergency Hospital Himamaylan A-000.2a (80) Construction | ₱25,000.00" |

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
