REPUBLIC ACT No. 1652
An Act Converting the Sitio of Cancoral in the Municipality of Basey, Province of Samar, into Barrio of Roxas
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
The sitio of Cancoral in the Municipality of Basey, Province of Samar, is hereby converted into a barrio to be known as the barrio of Roxas. It shall be bounded on the north by the wooden bridge near kilometer six extending eastward to Waclet river and extending westward to sitio Mongabong; on the south by the intersection of Cancoral and Bangon rivers extending southeast to Canaguini-an river; on the west by the middle part of Canaguini-an river down to the boundary line between sitio Mongabong and sitio May-it; and on the east by the Cancoral and Waclet rivers.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
