REPUBLIC ACT No. 1594

An Act Appropriating as Additional Appropriation for the Construction of the Pototan Public Library and Boy Scout Building in the Municipality of Pototan, Province of Iloilo, the Unexpended Balance of the Appropriation for the Construction of the Pototan Municipal Building Under Republic Act Numbered Twelve Hundred

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

Item 2, subparagraph v, paragraph 4, section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred, is amended to read as follows:

| "(2) Pototan Municipal Building construction | ₱80,000.00 | | --- | --- | | "(2-a) Pototan Public Library and Boy Scout Building construction | 20,000.00" |

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
