REPUBLIC ACT No. 1483
An Act Appropriating the Amount of Sixty Thousand Pesos to Carry Out the Provisions of Republic Act Numbered Eight Hundred Forty-Two with Respect to Officials and Employees of the Bureau of Private Schools for the Fiscal Year Nineteen Hundred Fifty-Five-Nineteen Hundred Fifty-Six
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
The sum of sixty thousand pesos (₱60,000) or so much thereof as may be necessary is appropriated out of any unexpended balance from the collection of one per cent assessment on the gross income of private schools, colleges, and universities from tuition and other fees to carry out the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Eight hundred forty-two with respect to officials and employees of the Bureau of Private Schools.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect on July one, nineteen hundred and fifty-five.
