REPUBLIC ACT No. 1468
An Act Amending Certain Items of Section Three of Republic Act Numbered Fourteen Hundred Eleven
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1. Item twenty, under Negros Occidental school buildings, subsection ai
of section three, page five hundred twenty-four, of Republic Act Numbered Fourteen hundred eleven, is amended to read as follows:
| "20. Eusebio Memorial School Building, SagayConstruction | ₱5,000.00 | | --- | --- | | "20a. Campo Himogaan Primary School, Sagay | 5,000.00 | | "20b. Makiling Barrio School, Sagay | 5,000.00 | | "20c. Completion and Painting of Himogaan Barrio Home Economics School Building, Sagay | 3,000.00 | | "20d. Section 2
Item twenty-four, page five hundred twenty-four of the same Act, is amended to read as follows:
| "24. Barrio Plaridel Primary School Building, Sagay | ₱5,000.00" |
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
