REPUBLIC ACT No. 1461

An Act to Amend Certain Items in Republic Act Numbered Fourteen Hundred Eleven, Regarding Public Works Projects for the Province of Negros Oriental

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

Item (h), Group I, paragraph thirty-seven, subsection of section two of Republic Act Numbered Fourteen hundred eleven, is amended to read as follows:

| "(h) La Libertad Waterworks Improvement | ₱10,000.00." |

Section 2

Item eight, under caption "Other Buildings," for the Province of Negros Oriental, under subsection g, section two of Republic Act Numbered Fourteen hundred eleven, is amended to read as follows:

| "8. Public Market, La Libertad | ₱4,000.00" |

Section 3

Items twenty-five, forty, forty-one and forty-two, Group I, paragraph aj, section three of Republic Act Numbered Fourteen hundred eleven, are amended to read as follows:

Section 4

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
