REPUBLIC ACT No. 1336

An Act Transferring the Site of the Provincial Capitol of the Province of Camarines Sur from the City of Naga to the Barrio of Palestina, Municipality of Pili in the Same Province

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

The site of the provincial capitol of the Province of Camarines Sur is hereby transferred from the City of Naga to the barrio of Palestina, Municipality of Pili, Province of Camarines Sur.

Section 2

The President of the Philippines is hereby authorized to select the new capitol site within the locality mentioned in section one hereof.

Section 3

Upon approval of this Act, the capital of the Province of Camarines Sur shall be the Municipality of Pili.

Section 4

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
