REPUBLIC ACT No. 1324

An Act to Create the Barrio of Bungahan in the City of Lipa

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

The sitios of Duhatan, Tagbakin, Initan, Malabong and Halang, all in the barrio of Pinagtungolan, City of Lipa, are separated from the said barrio, and constituted into a separate barrio in the said city to be known as the barrio of Bungahan.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
