REPUBLIC ACT No. 129

An Act to Amend Section Fifteen of Commonwealth Act Numbered Five Hundred and Twenty Authorizing the City of San Pablo to Establish and Maintain a Telephone System

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

Section fifteen of Commonwealth Act Numbered Five hundred and twenty is amended by inserting between paragraphs (mm) and (nn) thereof the following paragraph:

| "(mm-1). | To provide for the establishment and maintenance of a telephone system, and, subject to the provisions of the Public Service Law, to fix the charges for the use of said service." |

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
