This act grants the Misamis Lumber Company, Inc. a temporary permit to establish, maintain, and operate private fixed point-to-point radiotelephone stations in Ozamiz and other parts of the Philippines, subject to approvals by the Secretary of Public Works and Communications and the President, with conditions regarding operation, frequency allocation, and prohibition of interference with other radio stations.
Grant of temporary permit to establish, maintain and operate private fixed point-to-point radiotelephone stations.
Presidential authority to permit construction on public domain land.
Condition that permit remains until similar service is established by government.
Requirement to commence operation within one and a half years.
Restriction against engaging in domestic telecommunication business.

An Act Changing the Name of Barrio Malpag in the Municipality of San Miguel, Province of Leyte, to Barrio Babulak
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
Barrio Malpag in the Municipality of San Miguel, Province of Leyte, shall hereafter be known as barrio Babulak.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
