Amends Section 107 of Commonwealth Act No. 141 to delegate the authority to sign land patents and certificates to the Secretary and Under‑Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, requiring those certificates to bear the Department of Agriculture seal.
Delegation of patent‑signing authority to the Under‑Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources for lands up to 144 hectares.
Delegation of patent‑signing authority to the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources for lands exceeding 144 hectares.
Patents and certificates issued under this delegation shall bear the official seal of the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources instead of the Great Seal of the Republic.
The Act takes effect upon approval.

An Act Changing the Name of the Municipality of Moron, Province of Bataan, to Morong
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1. The seat of the Municipality of Sto
Tomas, Province of Pampanga, is hereby transferred from Barrio San Matias to Barrio Sto. Tomas. The municipal government shall occupy the site and building it formerly occupied before the said municipality was annexed to the Municipality of San Fernando in the same province.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
