[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 12200, May 08, 2025 ]
AN ACT DECLARING NOVEMBER 12 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NON-WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF VALENZUELA, IN COMMEMORATION OF ITS FOUNDATION ANNIVERSARY
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
November 12 of very year is hereby declared a special non-working holiday in the City of Valenzuela, in commemoration of its foundation anniversary.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.

This Act, which originated in the House of Representatives, was passed by the House of Representatives on November 21, 2022, amended by the Senate of the Philippines on December 17, 2024, and which amendments were concurred in by the House of Representatives on January 28, 2025.
