[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 12166, April 11, 2025 ]
AN ACT CONVERTING THE DISTRICT OFFICE OF THE LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE IN NAGA CITY, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR INTO A REGULAR CLASS "A"DISTRICT OFFICE AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The district office of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) in the City of Naga, Province of Camarines Sur, is hereby converted from Class "C" into a Class "A" district office.
Section 2
The Secretary of the Department of Transportation shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the Class "A" LTO District Office in the City of Naga, Province of Camarines Sur, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect after fifteen (15) days following the completion of its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.

This Act, which is originated in the House of Representatives, was passed by the House of Representatives on January 23, 2024, amended by the Senate of the Philippines on December 18, 2024, and which amendment were concurred in by the House of Representatives on January 21, 2025.
