[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 12155, April 11, 2025 ]
AN ACT CONVERTING THE EXISTING LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE (LTO) EXTENSION OFFICE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN PASCUAL, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS INTO A REGULAR DISTRICT OFFICE AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The existing Land Transportation Office (LTO) Extension Office in the Municipality of San Pascual, Province of Batangas, is hereby converted into a regular district office.
Section 2
The Secretary of the Department of Transportation shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the LTO Extension Office in the Municipality of San Pascual, Province of Batangas, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect after fifteen (15) days following the completion of its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.

This Act, which is originated in the House of Representatives, was passed by the House of Representatives on September 4, 2024, amended by the Senate of the Philippines on December 17, 2024, and which amendment was concurred in by the House of Representatives on January 21, 2025.
