Nineteenth Congress Third Regular Session
[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 12117, January 03, 2025 ]
AN ACT RENAMING THE MINDANAO CENTRAL SANITARIUM IN PASOBOLONG, ZAMBOANGA REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The Mindanao Central Sanitarium in Pasobolong, Zamboanga City is hereby renamed to Zamboanga Regional Medical Center.
Section 2
All laws, executive orders, issuances, and rules and regulations inconsistent with this Act are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect after fifteen (15) days following the completion of its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
