AN ACT SEPARATING THE SITIO OF BUTACAN FROM BARANGAY DEL MONTE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TALACOGON, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL SUR, AND CONSTITUTING IT INTO A DISTINCT AND INDEPENDENT BARANGAY TO BE KNOWN AS BARANGAY BATUCAN
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
Creation of Barangay Batucan.* -The sitio of Batucan is hereby separated from Barangay del Monte in the Municipality of Talacogon, Province of Agusan del Sur and constituted as a distinct and independent barangay to be known as Barangay Batucan.
Section 2
Territorial Boundaries.* -The territorial boundaries of Barangay Batucan are hereby described as follows:
