AN ACT NAMING THE ROAD LEADING TO THE BOHOL-PANGLAO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, STRETCHING FROM BARANGAY LOURDES UP TO BARANGAY TAWALA IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANGLAO, PROVINCE OF BOHOL, AS GOVERNOR CONSTANCIO CHATTO TORRALBA ROAD
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The road leading to the Bohol-Panglao International Airport, stretching from Barangay Lourdes up to Barangay Tawala in the Municipality of Panglao, Province of Bohol, comprising a total distance of 3.68 kilometers, is hereby named as Governor Constancio Chatto Torralba Road.
Section 2
The Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders, and circulars to implement the provisions of this Act within sixty (60) days from its effectivity.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in theOfficial Gazetteor in a newspaper of general circulation.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate of the Philippines on August 25, 2021 and January 31, 2022, respectively.
