REPUBLIC ACT No. 118

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

Item (10) of paragraph (a) of section forty-two of Commonwealth Act Numbered Six hundred and thirteen, otherwise known as the Philippine Immigration Act of nineteen hundred and forty, is hereby amended so as to read as follows:

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
