AN ACT ESTABLISHING A REGULAR DISTRICT OFFICE OF THE LAND TRANSPORTATION FRANCHISING AND REGULATORY BOARD (LTFRB) IN THE CITY OF BACOOR, PROVINCE OF CAVITE AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB), a regular district office of the LTFRB in the City of Bacoor, Province of Cavite.
Section 2
The Secretary of Transportation shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of LTFRB Regular District Office in the City of Bacoor, Province of Cavite, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in two (2) newspapers of general circulation.
