Begun and held in Metro Manila, on Monday, the twenty-sixth day of July, two thousand twenty one.

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY MARCOS, MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS SUR TO BE KNOWN AS THE SANTA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, a national high school in Barangay Marcos, Municipality of Santa, Province of Ilocos Sur to be known as the Santa National High School.
Section 2
The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Departments program the operationalization of the Santa National High School, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
Within ninety (90) day from the approval of this Act, the Secretary of Education shall issue the rules and regulations implementing the provisions of this Act.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in theOfficial Gazetteor in a newspaper of general circulation.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate of the Philippines on January 20, 2021 and September 20, 2021, respectively.
