REPUBLIC ACT No. 1158
An Act to Amend the Item Regarding the Municipal, Port of Calbayog, Samar, Section Two, Paragraph (b), Item Forty-Five of Republic Act Numbered Nine Hundred Twenty, and for Other Purposes
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
The item regarding the municipal Port of Calbayog in section two, paragraph (b), item 45 of Republic act Numbered Nine hundred is amended is to read as follows:
| "45. Calbayog, Samar | ₱149,000.00" |
Section 2
Item 41, section two, paragraph (a) and items 48, 53 54, 110, 111, 112 and 113 in section two, paragraph (b), are hereby cancelled.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
