REPUBLIC ACT No. 11446
An Act Declaring December 27 of Every Year a Special Working Holiday in the City of Baybay, Province of Leyte, in Celebration of its "Binaybayon Festival"
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
December 27 of every year is hereby declared a special working holiday in the City of Baybay, Province of Leyte, in celebration of its "Binaybayon Festival". Upon proclamation of the President, December 27 of every year shall be a special nonworking holiday in the City of Baybay, Province of Leyte.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
