REPUBLIC ACT No. 11431
An Act Establishing a Satellite Office of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) in the Municipality of Guimba, Province of Nueva Ecija and Appropriating Funds Therefor
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established a satellite office of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) in the Municipality of Guimba, Province of Nueva Ecija to be known as the Guimba Land Transportation Satellite Office.
Section 2
The Secretary of Transportation shall immediately include in the Departments programs the operationalization of the LTO Satellite Office in the Municipality of Guimba, Province of Nueva Ecija, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate of the Philippines on November 12, 2018 and June 3, 2019, respectively.
