Begun and held in Metro Manila, on Monday, the twenty-third day of July, two thousand eighteen.
REPUBLIC ACT No. 11425
An Act Establishing an Elementary School in Barangay San Isidro, Jaro District, Iloilo City to be Known as Uswag San Isidro Elementary School and Appropriating Funds Therefor
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, an elementary school in Barangay San Isidro, Jaro District, Iloilo City to be known as Uswag San Isidro Elementary School.
Section 2
The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Departments program the operationalization of the Uswag San Isidro Elementary School, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
The Secretary of Education shall formulate the rules and regulations implementing the provisions of this Act within one hundred twenty (120) days after its effectivity.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate of the Philippines on January 29, 2019 and June 3, 2019, respectively.
