REPUBLIC ACT No. 11267
An Act Establishing an Integrated National School in Barangay Capuy, City of Sorsogon, Province of Sorsogon to Be Known as Capuy Integrated National School and Appropriating Funds Therefor
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1. Establishment of an Integrated National School
There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, an integrated national school in Barangay Capuy, City of Sorsogon, Province of Sorsogon to be known as Capuy Integrated National School.
Section 2. Appropriations
The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Departments program the operationalization of the Capuy Integrated National School, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3. Implementation
The Secretary of Education shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
Section 4. Effectivity
This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
