Begun and held in Metro Manila, on Monday, the twenty-third day of July, two thousand eighteen.

REPUBLIC ACT No. 11175

An Act Separating the Bocboc National High School - Kiara Annex in Barangay Kiara, Municipality of Don Carlos, Province of Bukidnon From the Bocboc National High School, Converting It Into an Independent National High School to be Known as Kiara National High School and Appropriating Funds Therefor

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

- The Bocboc National High School - Kiara Annex in Barangay Kiara, Municipality of Don Carlos, Province of Bukidnon is hereby separated from the Bocboc National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Kiara National High School.

Section 2

- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Bocboc National High School - Kiara Annex are hereby transferred to and absorbed by the Kiara National High School.

Section 3

- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the Kiara National High School, the initial funding of which shall be charged against the current year's appropriation of the Bocboc National High School - Kiara Annex. Thereafter, the amount necessary for the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 4

- The Secretary of Education shall formulate the rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act within one hundred twenty (120) days after its effectivity.

Section 5

- This act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazetteor in any newspaper of general circulation.
