Seventeenth Congress Third Regular Session Begun and held in Metro Manila, on Monday, the twenty-third day of July, two thousand eighteen.
REPUBLIC ACT No. 11155
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE (LTO) DISTRICT OFFICE IN THE CITY OF VALENCIA, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established a Land Transportation Office (LTO) District Office in the City of Valencia, Province of Bukidnon.
Section 2
The Secretary of Transportation shall immediately include in the D epartments program the operationalization of the LTO District Office in the City of Valencia, Province of Bukidnon, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
The Secretary of Transportation shall issue the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazetteor in a newspaper of general circulation.
