REPUBLIC ACT No. 11123

AN ACT DECLARING NOVEMBER 15 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF OCCIDENTA L MINDORO IN COMMEMORATION OF ITS FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress assembled:

Section 1

November 15 of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in the Province of Occidental Mindoro in commemoration of its founding anniversary.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazetteor in a newspaper of general circulation.
