Seventeenth Congress Third Regular Session Begun and held in Metro Manila, on Monday, the twenty-third day of July, two thousand eighteen.
REPUBLIC ACT No. 11075
AN ACT ESTABUSHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY TIBLAC, MUNICIPALITY OF AMBAGUIO, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA TO BE KNOWN AS TIBLAC NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, a national high school in Barangay Tiblac, Municipality of Ambaguio, Province of Nueva Vizcaya to be known as Tibiae National High School.
Section 2
The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Departments program the operationalization of the Tibiae National High School, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
The Secretary of Education shall formulate the rules and regulations implementing the provisions of this Act within one hundred twenty (120) days after its effectivity.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on January 22, 2018 and May 28, 2018, respectively.
