Seventeenth Congress Second Regular Session Begun and held in Metro Manila, on Monday, the twenty-fourth day of July, two thousand seventeen.
REPUBLIC ACT No. 11046
An Act Renaming The Road Traversing Barangays San Jose, Tolentino West, Tolentino East, Francisco, Sungay West (Left Side), Sungay East (Right Side), Sungay East, Iruhin West, Iruhin Central, Iruhin East And Dapdap West In The City Of Tagaytay, Province Of Cavite To Isaac O. Tolentino Avenue
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The road traversing barangays San Jose, Tolentino West, Tolentino East, Sungay West (Leftside), Sungay East (Right side), Sungay East, Iruhin West, Iruhin Central, Iruhin East and Dapdap West in the City of Tagaytay, Province of Cavite is hereby renamed as Isaac O. Tolentino Avenue.
Section 2
The Department of Public Works and Highways shall include in their annual budget the funds necessary for the implementation of this Act including posting and maintenance of signages thereat.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in at least two (2) newspapers of general circulation.
