REPUBLIC ACT No. 1089
An Act to Convert the Present Camarines Sur Agricultural School into the Camarines Sur Regional Agricultural School of the Baybay National Agricultural School Type, and to Authorize the Appropriation of Funds for the Purpose
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
The present Camarines Sur Agricultural School, located in the municipality of Pili, Province of Camarines Sur, is hereby converted into the Camarines Sur Regional Agricultural School of the Baybay National Agricultural School type.
Section 2
The Secretary of Education is authorized to reorganize the school in accordance with this provision.
Section 3
To carry out the intents and purposes of this Act, the sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the said school for the fiscal year nineteen hundred fifty-four to nineteen hundred fifty-five. Thereafter, the necessary sum for paid purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Act.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
