REPUBLIC ACT No. 1086

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

Section two of Commonwealth Act Numbered Seventy-three is amended to read as follows:

"Sec. 2. Any person violating this Act shall be punished for each offense by imprisonment of not less than three nor more than six months or by a fine of not less than six hundred nor more than one thousand pesos, or by both such improvement and fine, in the discretion of the court.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
