REPUBLIC ACT No. 10823
AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF KASIBU NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL BEING ADMINISTERED BY THE TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (TESDA) IN BARANGAY PUDI, MUNICIPALITY OF KASIBU, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA TO NUEVA VIZCAYA POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The name of Kasibu National Agricultural School being administered by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) in Barangay Pudi, Municipality of Kasibu, Province of Nueva Vizcaya is hereby changed to Nueva Vizcaya Polytechnic Institute.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
