REPUBLIC ACT No. 10768
AN ACT DECLARING AUGUST 11 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF ILIGAN, PROVINCE OF ISABELA IN COMMEMORATION OF ITS CHARTER DAY ANNIVERSARY TO BE KNOWN AS ILIGAN CITY CHARTER DAY
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
August 11 of every year is declared a special working holiday in the City of Ilagan, Province of Isabela in commemoration of its Charter Day Anniversary to be known as Ilagan City Charter Day. When the holiday fells on a Saturday or a Sunday, the special working day shall be observed on the Monday that follows.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was passed by the House of Representatives on August 26, 2014, amended by the Senate on December 14, 2015, and which amendments were concurred in by the House Representatives on January 25, 2016.
