REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10624
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A FISH PORT IN BARANGAY SABANG, MUNICIPALITY OF CALABANGA, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
There shall be constructed, under the supervision of the Department of Agriculture (DA) through the Philippine Fisheries Development Authority (PFDA), a fish port in Barangay Sabang, Municipality of Calabanga, Province of Camarines Sur.
Section 2
The PFDA, in coordination with the local government unit concerned, shall formulate the rules and regulations necessary for the effective implementation of this Act.
Section 3
The amount necessary for the construction of said fish port shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The local government shall set aside funds from any available local revenues in an amount deemed appropriate for its operationalization.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in two (2) newspapers of general circulation.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on May 23, 2011 and June 6, 2013, respectively.
